By accessing and using koipabo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

koipabo provides an SMS gateway service that allows you to send and receive SMS messages through your own Android device via a REST API and web dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for spamming, illegal activities, or in violation of any applicable laws. You are responsible for complying with SMS regulations (TCPA, GDPR, etc.) in your jurisdiction.

4. Carrier Responsibility

koipabo routes messages through your own carrier/SIM. You are responsible for staying within your carrier's terms of service and rate limits.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

When you send SMS to your own recipients, you are the data controller of their personal data and koipabo acts as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR, processing message content only to deliver your messages. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your recipients and for complying with applicable laws (GDPR, ePrivacy/PECR, and local SMS regulations) — including obtaining consent where required before sending marketing messages.

We process your account data as a controller as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your personal data at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Data & Privacy.

6. Limitation of Liability

koipabo is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for message delivery failures, carrier restrictions, or any damages arising from use of the service.
