The free tier of koipabo is available at no cost. No refund is applicable for the free tier.
Paid Plans
If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
